I'm Kristina Angel ˖.𖥔 ݁ ˖ ⊹ ࣪ ˖ a certified meditation teacher, professional video editor & creative based in Michigan helping to bring dreams and ideas into fruition all around the world (thanks to the internet and modern technology).

Being a certified meditation teacher aids me in mindful communication and being a long-time practitioner allows me to show up and be consistent!

When I was in middle school, I used to run the anonymous advice column called “Ask Tina” along with two other classmates. I took it very seriously for that one semester they let me do it, and I’ve only gotten better at listening, giving advice, and bouncing around creative ideas since then.
